Set at the scenic Camp Indian Trails, this three-day retreat offers the perfect opportunity to focus on your sewing or quilting projects—whether you’re starting something new or finally finishing that long-standing WIP.<br><br>Surrounded by nature and supported by a community of fellow makers, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted time to create, laugh, and recharge. Bring your machine, your fabric, and your love for sewing—we’ll take care of the rest, including delicious meals and cozy workspaces.<br><br>Choose from a full overnight stay at camp or participate as a stay-at-home day camper. Either way, you’ll enjoy inspiration, connection, and plenty of stitching time in a beautiful, low-pressure setting.

Want a little guidance or just some time to sew alongside others? Open Sewing Studio is the perfect place for sewists of all levels to bring their current projects and get things done in a creative, supportive environment.<br>You’ll have access to a fully equipped sewing studio, including regular sewing machines, a serger, a coverstitch machine, and a variety of sewing tools and supplies. Experienced instructors are available to offer tips, answer questions, or help troubleshoot if you get stuck.<br>Whether you’re hemming pants, quilting, making garments, or just need some motivation, come sew with us and enjoy the energy of a shared creative space.<br>

Whether you’re just starting out or an experienced sewist, this is your time to unwind, work on simple sewing or quilting projects, and connect with others who share your love for making.<br><br>Each session may feature a group project, or you’re welcome to bring your own work-in-progress. It’s the perfect midweek reset: low-pressure, creative, and good for the soul. Enjoy great company, shared inspiration, and a few hours dedicated just to you and your craft.<br><br>Come for the stitching, stay for the support and laughter!<br>

Bloom and Stitch: A Natural Dye and Sewing Adventure Camp
Ages: 8 to 16<br>July 28, 29, no class Wed 31, Aug 1<br>10 am to 2 pm<br>$75<br><br>Get ready to explore the colorful world of nature in this hands-on 4 day workshop! In Stitch & Bloom, youth will dive into the science and art of natural dyeing using plant-based materials like marigold flowers and indigo leaves. We’ll experiment with tie-dye and traditional Shibori techniques to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind fabrics—just like a science experiment you can wear!<br><br>Once we’ve dyed our fabrics, students will learn basic sewing skills to turn their creations into a final product—such as a tote bag, pillow, or simple garment.
